The revisions to Title 171, NAC Chapters 1 and 3, were approved by Governor Ricketts on June 23, 2015, and filed with the Secretary of State. They will go into effect on June 28, 2015. This includes a reduction of several of the fees related to applications and revisions to the information required to be on a licensee’s seal. To view a copy of the new rules, click here.
