The Board is pleased to announce revisions to Title 171 of the Nebraska Administrative Code (NAC) have been approved by the Governor and filed with the Secretary of State as of June 26, 2019. The revisions go into effect on July 1, 2019.

The revisions to Title 171, NAC Chapters 1 and 3, were approved by Governor Ricketts on June 23, 2015, and filed with the Secretary of State. They will go into effect on June 28, 2015.
