The Board’s meetings are open to the public, although portions may be held in closed executive sessions. If you wish to appear on the agenda for the next meeting, notice must be provided at the Boards office at least seven (7) business days prior to the scheduled meeting date. Applications and all supporting materials must be received by 8:30 am at least six (6) business days prior to the scheduled meeting date. No agenda item may be added to the agenda after this date except as determined by the Board Chairperson.
